Time...
Time.
What does it mean to you and how are you using it?
When a client sits down in my chair for a service, they have my time. That means I am dedicating my entire self to that client during that period of time, and I love that I am able to do that. It’s Valuable.
Afraid to go after a dream? So was I. What’s the benefit of not trying? Regret…and why? Because the TIME passed by and you settled for less and never got to see your true potential flourish. But if your reading this, it’s not too late. Do it now.
Experiencing anxiety and worrying about how something will work out? I did that too. Having a game plan is good, but just know that your plans are only that. Your. Plans. It’s actually not your job to “figure it all out.” After all, in the grand scheme of things, how many times did things work out much better than what YOU planned? Yeah, I know. Right.
Time is the best teacher of all, but you have to be willing to be a student. Our time is given to us to accomplish a mission beyond working and paying bills.
You cannot purchase, barter or trade anything for more time. I’ve seen and heard about people who were given days, months to live, and their perspective on time changed in an instant. I’ve seen super-busy people who never had time for anyone or anything but then they retired from the super-busy life and they had all the time in the world, with no one to share it with.
So again, what is your concept of TIME and what do you hope to do with the (unknown amount of) time you have left?
