Learning behind the chair has shown me a few things...
So far, a few things I’ve learned from behind the chair:
*Balance is key to almost everything we do on this earth. Too much or too little of most things doesn’t always work out very well in the long run;
*We need to stop living our lives “out of focus”; Often, we pay too much attention to the wrong things;
*We must take better care of our overall physical and mental health;
*We plan for the future, but should be living in the “now.” Worrying/Ruminating about things that have not (and likely will not) happen will rob us of our joy today and we miss out on key points in life.
*Every single one of us has a special kind of crazy inside whether we admit it or not. We do live and learn however, we may as well learn to accept it and others as they are.
*Travel as much as you can, whether its a new area within your State or somewhere in the World. Your perception of things will change.
IMO, I think its quite arrogant to assume we have tomorrow. There is a much higher principle of the experiences in our lives, we just need to step back to better understand it.
