About Soyica

Soyica brings a unique combination of expertise to Career Empowerment and Wellness as a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) and Licensed Barber & Cosmetologist. He is a member of the National Association for Workforce Development Professionals, the National Career Development Association, and MACCA.

Services Provided:

  • Career Empowerment Coaching

  • Career Development training and facilitation for small and large groups

  • Wellness services in combination with Coaching services

With years of experience in the government sector, including American Job Centers, Soyica helped countless individuals gain professional credentials, navigate career transitions, and discover new pathways. As for personal enrichment, he’s received additional training and education within the areas of Life Coaching, Mental Health Awareness, and Trauma-Informed Care.

Soyica is actively involved in community service, offering complimentary haircuts to residents of men's shelters and regularly engaging in career-enhancing trainings and services.
